Our Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Every item is made just for you, and we do our best to ensure it arrives exactly as expected. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
If there’s a problem with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issue, we’ve got you covered! Please reach out to us right away with a photo of the problem, and we’ll happily send you a replacement or issue a refund—no need to send the item back.
If you change your mind.
Because each item is custom made, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, style, or simply changing your mind. If you’d like a different size or style, you’re always welcome to place a new order.
